Alvis Speed 25
Alvis Speed 25 4.3 Litre special, year 1936. First registered May 1937. This magnificent Alvis special was restored, overhauled and rebuilt around fifteen years ago with the knowledge and skill of three Dutch specialists. The impressive 4.3-litre straight-six engine was overhauled by the firm Nuyts; it produces around 175 hp. The aluminium body was hand-built by Maurice Labro in Velp.
After many years of driving it in this form, the owner felt it was time for an upgrade. Together with our customer we searched for a fitting colour for the car — it became this magnificent shade of blue — and we selected the matching leather colour for the interior as well. We dismantled the car, had it sprayed and rebuilt it, fitting a bespoke interior in a very beautiful, classic-looking leather with matching-coloured straps.
