This Austin-Healey has belonged to its current owner since 1983 and is used for daily driving and various rallies throughout the year. After many years of driving and routine maintenance, the time has come to give the Healey a thorough overhaul once again.

Together with our panel beater, we will replace the poor sections and completely respray the car, fitting various modifications for better road holding.

Marque information:

The Austin marque has a long history, full of collaborations and mergers. In this way it managed to keep going for more than eighty years, but in 1987 the plug was pulled owing to persistent quality problems — an inglorious exit for what was once a great marque. Fortunately, its machines from the glory years can still be found.

The Austin-Healey 3000 is one of them. This sports car with a detachable roof was produced between 1959 and 1967. Three different versions appeared during this period. It all began on 1 July 1959, when the Austin-Healey 3000 was first announced as the successor to the Austin-Healey 100-6.
